Boba Bliss in Castro Valley, CA is looking for one store manager to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 20580 Redwood Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily store day to day operations
• Ability to recognize strength and weaknesses of each individual employee to identify potential 
• Maximize schedule management, control labor cost by scheduling appropriate amount of staffing.
• Ability to assist each and every team member in all stations whenever and wherever needed (Front, Packaging, Toppings, Brown Sugar, and Shaking Stations) in order to maximize business flows. 
• Recognizes areas needing improvements -- in terms of both cleanliness and staffing
• conducts performance reviews every six months in order to review service and product team as a whole and to 
• Performs dry goods stock checks in order store location is fully stocked of all things in order to have viable stock counts all throughout. 
• Ensure a welcoming environment, handle guest concerns, and uphold brand hospitality. Be the face of the brand. 
• Maintain consistency in product preparation, presentation, and service. 
• Enforcing sanitation, operational, and safety guidelines.
• Performing quarter, half a year, and yearly staffing reviews.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
