Title: Respiratory / Sleep Technologist

Location: Falmouth, MA 02540

Duration: 13 Weeks

Hours: 40 per week, Non-Rotating Days (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Schedule: No weekends, No holidays

Travel Rate: $2,094/week

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sleep Technologist to coordinate the daily operations of the Sleep Lab. Working under the general direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation, Sleep, and EEG Services, this role ensures high-quality patient care, diagnostic accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Set up, operate, and adjust sleep study equipment and instruments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

• Conduct diagnostic testing and therapeutic procedures while ensuring patient comfort across all age groups, from infants to older adults.

• Assist physicians during sleep studies and maintain complete, accurate documentation as per departmental standards.

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, manage supply inventory, and support operational needs of the Sleep Lab.

• Apply strong time management and resource utilization skills to deliver consistent, effective care.

• Demonstrate compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and service in all patient and team interactions.

• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Required: Board Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification

• Required: Current CPR certification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven ability to work collaboratively while prioritizing patient-centered care
